Which Bar is Right For You?
The Tsunami Bar® series offers a comprehensive resistance training method designed to cover all aspects of strength and power development. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to incorporate all of the bars into your training regimen. However, if a single bar addresses a specific need in your program, then one of these bars should be the perfect fit for you.
When choosing the right bar, it’s crucial to remember that the speed of movement has a greater impact on the forces generated by the bar than the weight itself. Research indicates that by moving the bar quickly, you can produce dynamic weight up to 3 to 5 times the static weight of the bar and plates. The objective is to move lighter weights at a faster pace in order to develop strong and powerful muscles.

Tsunami Bar® Speed
The Tsunami Bar® Speed boasts the broadest range of applications and is the most effective tool in our lineup for developing the elusive Type II fast-twitch muscle fibers. Built for sports-specific patterns, it shines in mobility work, step-change drills, acceleration mechanics, and any jump-based protocol.
Designed to move with the body rather than against it, the Speed Bar provides controlled flex and responsive feedback, allowing athletes to train with comfort, stability, and precise technical reinforcement. The bar has a maximum capacity of 50 lbs, with an optimal oscillation window ranging from 10 lbs to 50 lbs, ensuring the right blend of speed, control, and responsiveness for every athlete.

Tsunami Bar® Force
The Tsunami Bar® Force is a programmable, movement-driven training bar engineered for power-focused strength development. Built for traditional barbell patterns, it excels in working-load movements such as bench press, squats, rows, and overhead pressing.
Designed to reinforce strength-specific mechanics, the Force Bar provides controlled flex and responsive feedback, helping lifters train with stability, precision, and cleaner technique under load. The bar has a maximum capacity of 270 lbs, with an optimal oscillation window ranging from 90 lbs to 270 lbs, ensuring smooth, linear progression in power development.
Tsunami Bar® Max
The Tsunami Bar® Max is the most rigid bar in our lineup, engineered for maximal load work. Built for heavy, low-acceleration grinders, it’s designed for high-level barbell and power athletes who require over-loaded, movement-specific patterning. It excels in strongman variations, top-end powerlifting work, and any protocol where super-loaded deceleration and positional integrity are the priority.
Designed to expose breakdowns under true maximal effort, the Max Bar provides controlled flex and amplified feedback, helping athletes overload stabilizers, reinforce structure, and refine technique at the limits of strength. The bar has a maximum capacity of 540 lbs, with an oscillation window ranging from 270 lbs to 540 lbs, making it ideal for heavy overload patterns and max-attempt preparation.
Tsunami Bar® Technique Bar
Tsunami Technique Bar is our new hybridized standard grip bar line. It features the same patented Tsunami Bar technology, but is specifically built for more ballistic, fast-twitch oscillation movements. This is the ideal option if you’re looking for a more rigid bar designed for agility-focused work or barbell specific form training protocols.
The Tsunami Technique Bar features a 28mm grip diameter, activating more muscles through body stabilization. It has a shorter, faster oscillation profile, making it ideal for agility training, mobility and movement work, and fast-twitch step development. Designed for explosive plyometric work, agility training, and form drills, it’s perfect for warm-ups before major lifts. Includes Croc Locks™ and is loadable up to 50 lbs for enhanced training results.

Tsunami Bar® Stiks
Tsunami Bar® Stiks are excellent for warm-up exercises and for comprehensive body workouts in individual or group fitness settings. Tsunami Bar® Stiks are also increasingly becoming an ideal rehabilitation tool for shoulder injuries and other therapeutic movements. Enhance the stimulation by adding a pair of ½ lb. Multi Stik Golf
Formerly known as the Multi Stik Lite, the Tsunami Bar® Multi Stik Golf offers softer flex and lighter weight at 2.5 lbs, ideal for athletes of all ages. The softer profile makes it especially effective for swing-specific drills, allowing for a more accurate release point that closely mirrors real golf clubs. The release point can also be adjusted by moving the weight up or down the shaft, creating a resistance profile that better matches individual clubs.
