Description
The Tsunami Bar® Speed is our most programmable bar and the perfect bar for sports specific movements. It’s fantastic for mobility work as well as step work and other speed related drills. It’s the perfect bar for any specialty or variance lift that requires controlled explosive movements with focused stability in mind. It’s the go to bar for any youth based sports program and a great addition to any varsity or junior varsity athletic team. Includes set of 3″ Croc Lock.
Loadable Weight Range: 15 – 45 lbs
CAUTION: The Speed Bar does not weigh more than 15 lbs and will likely flip off the bench or rack J-Cups unless the weight plates are managed properly.
NEVER remove all the weight from one end of the bar without first pushing all the plates on the opposite end towards the inside, against the wear pads, with the bar centered in the J-Cups. This greatly reduces the possibility of the bar flipping.
