OUR POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for shipped orders or pickup for local pickup orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it shows no signs of advanced usage. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund. In the event that the product is being returned due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement item. Please contact our customer service team to report the defect and initiate the return process. Please note that returns may require the original receipt or proof of purchase. To return an item, please Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.
After receiving a RMA number, pack the item securely in its original or provided packaging, and ensure your shipping label includes the following information:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
