It has a shorter, faster oscillation profile, making it ideal for agility training, mobility and movement work, and fast-twitch step development. Designed for explosive plyometric work, agility training, and form drills, it’s perfect for warm-ups before major lifts. Includes Croc Locks™ and is loadable up to 50 lbs for enhanced training results.
Loadable Weight Range: up to 50 lbs
CAUTION: The Technique Bar does not weigh more than 12 lbs and will likely flip off the bench or rack J-Cups unless the weight plates are managed properly.
NEVER remove all the weight from one end of the bar without first pushing all the plates on the opposite end towards the inside, against the wear pads, with the bar centered in the J-Cups. This greatly reduces the possibility of the bar flipping.
