Designed to expose breakdowns under true maximal effort, the Max Bar provides controlled flex and amplified feedback, helping athletes overload stabilizers, reinforce structure, and refine technique at the limits of strength. The bar has a maximum capacity of 540 lbs, with an oscillation window ranging from 270 lbs to 540 lbs, making it ideal for heavy overload patterns and max-attempt preparation. Each bar also comes equipped with a pair of 3″ pinned Crock Locks for secure, reliable loading.

Loadable Weight Range: up to 540 lbs
CAUTION: The Max Bar does not weigh more than 15 lbs and will likely flip off the bench or rack J-Cups unless the weight plates are managed properly.
NEVER remove all the weight from one end of the bar without ample weight to counterbalance the opposite end.
NEVER remove all the weight from one end of the bar without first pushing all the plates on the opposite end towards the inside, against the wear pads, with the bar centered in the J-Cups. This greatly reduces the possibility of the bar flipping.
