Initially, the Comfort Grip™ 30″ Rope may appear stiff compared to traditional ropes, but once under load, it comes to life, offering the functional characteristics of traditional ropes and much more. For example, when performing triceps pushdowns on a selectorized weight stack, you can use a bottom grip placement to achieve full range of motion, allowing complete hand separation at the bottom of the move to engage all three heads of the triceps. Alternatively, gripping at the top of the rope provides shallower hand separation, mimicking the effect and feel of a V-Bar triceps exercise.
