TSUNAMIBAR® TRAINING CENTER
The Tsunami Bar® Training Center is the proving ground for all the Tsunami Bar® Flexible Barbell Technology and is filled with some of the most advanced products found anywhere.

Location
The Tsunami Bar® Training Center located at 720 Chris Drive in West Columbia is our training ground and testing center. The focus of the center is holding group classes from as few as 4 participants to a max of 12. Each class has a specific workout dynamic. We offer general fitness classes, golf specific exercise and impact conditioning, spinning classes with 12 bikes, yoga and other sports specific workouts.

Unique Tools
With over 70 Tsunami Bars® coaches and trainers can design workouts accelerating results no steel bar can match. The softer feel and damping effects of the bars are much more comforting to the body. Why would you not want to train with a bar that gives you over 20% more muscle activation while using less weight than a steel bar?
Yoga is always a popular class on Friday mornings.
Until you have experienced a spin class lead by Ken Taylor you have missed the boat. With 13 total bikes this is a loud and wild time not to be missed.

Golf Lab
At the Tsunami Bar® Training Center you will find the Swing Balance™ Golf Lab. There are two hitting bays with some of the most advanced tools to help improve your golf game. Bay 1 has the latest pressure mat by BodiTrak Sports and MySwing Balance that is used by top pros and teachers in the industry. Bay 2 has V1 high speed cameras, Flight Scope monitor, Swing Guru, BodiTrak and My Swing.
