@tsunamirobby going through 2 specifics bench drills back to back with the Tsunami Bar® Speed.

The first part of the bench involved pausing at full extension to emphasis higher control when exploding. This drill exposes the athlete to higher level of force feedback when rapidly decelerating which expands ones ability to control said forces.

The second part involves the athlete benching with acceleration in mind which creates higher levels of oscillation the athlete has to fight through.

Using the Tsunami Bar® as a free form “Jammer” creates a system that maximize its force feedback and range of movement without any limiting impingement that comes from it being fixed to a lateral track. It allows the athlete to explode from a comfortable and optimal stance based on their build rather than forcing the user to conform to the equipment.
