POWERSOURCE – VERTICAL POWER

In the context of sports, vertical power can be defined as the ability to create and deliver force into the ground through muscular contraction.

POWER = FORCE (Type II Fast Twitch Muscular Activation) x VELOCITY (Speed of Movement)

For every athlete, the Holy Grail of Power is the ability to deliver force into the ground at high speed.  Attaining the Holy Grail has shown to be difficult with traditional training methods, but here at Tsunami Bar® Sports we are showing that developing power is easier through proper training with the proprietary Tsunami Bar®.  In fact, research has shown that the Tsunami Bar® enhances rapid muscular contraction on both the concentric and eccentric sides of a move and allows for up to 2x the muscular activation in prime movers – all of which is made possible by the unique characteristics of the proprietary Tsunami Bar®.
